Welcome Liz Pryor to EEC

​EEC Ohio is delighted to welcome Liz Pryor as our new Program and Operations Manager.  Liz joined the team on August 1, and is off to a great start managing our Tech Side Hustle, Tech Internship, and other educational programs. She will be working directly with our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, John Knific and Mike Belsitio.  
 

​Liz Pryor is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and former founder of the local venture, Chill Pop.  At the helm of the CPG startup, Liz spearheaded various aspects of the business, including product development, brand strategy and execution, sales and channel expansion, finance and fundraising. She is credited with the innovation of flavor-forward frozen novelties with health appeal that resonated with consumers and sold in retailers across the country, including Whole Foods Market and Target, and was featured in national publications.
 
In addition to her business acumen and entrepreneurial drive, Liz possesses a strong capacity for cultivating strategic partnerships, building functional teams, and prioritizing sustainable growth. 

Earlier in her career, Liz held executive-level roles in nonprofit and athletic administration. She spent years coaching at the high school and collegiate levels and has always maintained a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting others in chasing their ambitions and reaching their full potential. 

Over the course of launching and scaling the Chill Pop brand, Liz remained well-engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem around Northeast Ohio, including speaking at various colleges and universities, coaching founders, and participating in panels for pitch programs and competitions. 

As an alum of Denison University, she kept connected to campus by contributing to workshops through the RedFrame Lab and serving on committees for the ReMIX Entrepreneurship Summit for students and alumni. 

She could not be more enthused about this opportunity with EEC and to continue supporting students and faculty in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
