International travel is the quintessential lifelong learning experience. It allows the traveler to examine their ideas and perspectives through different lenses and frameworks. It builds grit, engenders courage, and ignites the imagination.

We will discuss ways to identify partners, build relationships, and foster learning opportunities, both virtual and in-person. Building international relationships also means hosting visitors in Northeast Ohio, and we will hear from panelists on how these visits can be organized and shared.

Understanding the elements and synergies of entrepreneurial ecosystems in other nations will help our region’s students strengthen their resolve and networks for the future! Please join us for inspiring stories and conversation with our colleagues!

Panelists:
  • Peter Abramo, Director of Entrepreneurship, Liaison to the Entrepreneurship Pathway, College of Wooster
  • Michael Goldberg, Associate Professor of Design and Innovation at the Weatherhead School of Management and Executive Director of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, Case Western Reserve University
  • Colette T. Hart, Senior Director of the Centers for Outreach and Engagement in the Monte Ahuja College of Business, Cleveland State University
