EEC Ohio is working with a team from Cleveland Bridge Builders, a leadership development program, on an alumni engagement strategy. The team of seven rising professionals will explore ways for EEC to build an alumni network of participants from EEC programs since 2007. This will help grow an untapped resource to build EEC's capacity for the future. EEC Ohio was selected last fall to work with a team of volunteers through Cleveland Bridge Builders, a 10-month leadership development program offered by Cleveland Leadership Center. EEC is serving as host for a team’s Leadership Action Project (LAP), “a team-based learning lab where participants apply newly-learned skills and approaches to collaborative leadership to assist a local community organization.”
For their LAP effort on behalf of EEC, a group of seven rising professionals is deeply engaged in exploring an engagement strategy for EEC, aimed at creating a recommendation on ways EEC can build a network of alumni who have participated in EEC programs since its inception in 2007. We are excited to get to know this energetic team, and work with them to grow this untapped alumni resource. EEC is building its capacity for the future. Thank you to our Bridge Builders colleagues!
