EEC is delighted to announce the newest addition to our team, Liz Pryor. Liz is an accomplished entrepreneur and founder of a popular frozen food brand, Chill Pop. She’ll be utilizing her knowledge, experience, and skills in entrepreneurship to help students accomplish their goals and support them in their entrepreneurial endeavors in her position as Program Manager.
Who is Liz Pryor?

As an alumna of Denison University, Liz Pryor learned at a young age what it means to have an entrepreneurial spirit and how to be successful in the career field. After graduating, she has maintained her connection with the university by participating in workshops through the RedFrame Lab and serving on committees for the ReMIX Entrepreneurship Summit for both students and alumni.

While starting out as an entrepreneur, Liz held executive level roles in nonprofit and athletic administration, allowing her to develop skills in areas like cultivating strategic partnerships, building functional teams, and prioritizing sustainable growth. She then utilized these skills in her own consumer packaged goods business, Chill Pop.

During her tenure at Chill Pop, Liz gained experience in product development, brand strategy, and execution. Because of her innovative approach to the food industry, she gained nationwide retail space at businesses including Whole Foods Market and Target. She also received recognition in various national publications.

We’re excited to see what Liz accomplishes in her new role as she plans to continue following her passion for educating student entrepreneurs and guiding them on the right path to success.
