Tech Internship Program

What is the Tech Internship Program?

The Entrepreneurship Education Consortium (EEC) Tech Internship Program gives you the opportunity to help create the future at some of the most interesting and innovative tech companies in Northeast Ohio. Our team will pair you with a Northeast Ohio tech startup that pays well, coach you through what it’s like to work for a startup, help you level up your skills by paying for a Tech Credential, and offer opportunities to connect you to the Northeast Ohio collegiate and adult entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Internship areas include:
  • STEM & Product Development
  • Sales & Marketing Analytics
  • Computer Programming
  • Social Media Analytics
Why Join the Tech Internship?
Ten students will be chosen to intern with NEO startup companies every year. At these companies, students must complete about 160 hours of work in STEM and tech-related areas to utilize their skills in a real-world setting. Students selected for the program will be invited to Tech Side Hustle webinars and have the opportunity to receive mentoring and a scholarship to pursue certifications.

The goal is to familiarize students with regional entrepreneurship resources and offer them relevant and impactful entrepreneurial experiences. This will make it easier for students to consider starting their career or business in Northeast Ohio.
